Returns – If You’ve Changed Your Mind

Returns are accepted for non-perishable, non-food products that are unused and in the original packaging with all labels and accessories.
To begin a return, please complete the returns form available through your order portal on cookeryglobal.com. Once completed, follow the instructions on the form to send your return using the designated carrier option provided by us.
When returning items, please ensure the following:
- A copy of your completed returns form is included in the parcel clearly stating the reason for the return.
- Returned products are unused, in their original packaging and in a condition suitable for resale.
- Returns are sent using the authorised return method specified on your returns form.
Please note that returns sent through any method other than the authorised return process may not be accepted or processed.
We will issue a refund using the original payment method once the returned goods have been received and inspected. The refund amount will reflect only the value of the returned items in resaleable condition.
Returns – Faulty or Incorrect Goods
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as expected, please contact us through your account portal on cookeryglobal.com before sending anything back. This allows us to assess the issue and provide the best resolution without unnecessary returns where possible.
When reporting a faulty or incorrect product, include a clear image showing the issue and indicate whether you would prefer a replacement, refund, or other remedy. Our customer service team will respond with instructions on the next steps.
