Description
Use yakizushinori green nori sheets for maki sushi rolls, hand rolls, or to wrap onigiri – Japanese rice balls that are a popular on-the-go snack. The seaweed sheets have been roasted to bring out the salty, savoury flavours and give a crisp texture. Cut one sheet in half to make a classic maki or hand roll, or tear along the perforations to get long, thin strips to use as garnishes.
