Wasabi Paste, 43g

Wasabi is a Japanese plant with edible roots, used to prepare the sharp condiment best known as an accompaniment to sushi. The bright green root is often compared with (though not related to) horseradish, and is prepared in a similar way. This wasabi paste is ready to use – add a little on top of the rice when making nigiri sushi and hand rolls, or serve on the side with sashimi.
