Sweetened Chestnut Paste, 500g

Mix sweetened chestnut paste with whipped cream to make the filling for a chestnut cream cake – a popular cake in patisseries in China and Japan. 

You can also use the chestnut paste on its own to make chestnut mochi, or even to fill dorayaki – Japanese sweet pancake sandwiches.
