The long handle allows you to easily remove the basket from the hot oil and safely tip the contents onto a plate or chopping board. You can also use the mesh basket to boil pasta and vegetables. 

The 28cm frying basket is designed to fit SCANPAN’s 30cm non-stick sauté pan.
