Description
Natco black cumin seeds are a staple ingredient in many Indian spice blends like Garam Masala. Also called sahi jeera, these black seeds are milder than the more well-known brown cumin seeds, but are more aromatic and floral.
These black cumin seeds are commonly used in Indian cuisine, and are often added whole to steamed basmati rice or biryani for their aromatic fragrance. Alternatively ground into a powder and make your own spice blends to add stronger flavour to curry and stews.
