Matcha Kotobuki, 30g

Kotobuki matcha is a premium Japanese green tea powder. Use it to recreate the traditional tea ceremony at home. Green tea connoisseurs will enjoy its smooth, slightly bitter taste.

To prepare the tea, sift 2g of matcha powder into a bowl. Pour over 70ml of 70°C water and whisk with a bamboo matcha whisk until frothy. Sip it directly from the matcha bowl and enjoy its unique flavour.
