The Heston NanoBond curved sauté pan is a lightweight, multi-purpose pan that delivers outstanding results. With its rounded bottom and domed lid, it’s perfect for searing, sautéing, braising and browning.

The patented NanoBond technology creates an ultra-strong cooking surface that is resistant to scratches, stains and salt pitting. The pan heats up quickly and evenly, thanks to the triply composition with an aluminium core, for superior cooking control and there are no hot spots so nothing will stick or burn.

The lovely coatings on these pans means food releases much easier than your usual Stainless Steel pans.
