Crispy Fried Shallot, 150g

Crispy fried shallots are a tasty topping for rice bowls and stir fries. They have an addictive crunchy texture and savoury onion flavour. 

In Asian cuisine, crispy shallots are used as a garnish at the end of cooking. Try scattering them over noodles and fried fish.
