Ankarsrum Complete Mincer Attachment

The Complete Mincer Attachment is designed for use with the Ankarsrum stand mixer. It has everything you need for mincing, straining and grating.

The set includes:

• Mincer with splash guard
• 3 x sausage horns (10mm, 20mm, 25mm)
• Feeder tray and plug
• Strainer
• Grater
• Cookie attachment

Use the mincer to turn your favourite meats into fine mince for burgers and meatballs. With the sausage attachment, you can make hot dogs, bratwurst and traditional bangers! You can also mince fish for fish cakes and chickpeas for falafel.
